This presentation will explore how integrating the Discover, Design, Build, and Test (DDBT) framework into the Multiphase Optimization Strategy (MOST) enhances the development of behavioral and biobehavioral interventions. The goal is to demonstrate how this synthesized approach offers a rigorous, methodical roadmap for developing and optimizing mHealth interventions, ensuring they are not only effective but also scalable and engaging in the long term.

About the Presenter:

Karey L. O’Hara, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Arizona State University. Her research focuses on designing, optimizing, and evaluating digital interventions to promote the health and well-being of children who experience challenging family stressors, such as parental divorce, bereavement, and incarceration.
